Pellet boiler Heiztechnik DasPell Lux 15kW BAFA
Pellet boiler HEIZTECHNIK HT DasPell Lux 15kW
BAFA eligible
Heiztechnik HT DasPell Lux is a steel boiler with an aesthetic design, compact dimensions, energy efficiency class A+, powered by wood pellets with a diameter of 6 mm and a tank of 300 dm3. It is characterized by a modern look and a sophisticated finish. Many solutions have been used to improve operation including: weather automation with HT-Logic III auto regulation, PellHard PLUS burner with slag scraper, Heiztechnik fire tube heat exchanger design. Since the burner is mounted on the side of the boiler (below the pellet tank), it is perfect for boiler rooms with limited space. There is also a version of the boiler with a burner and a tank on the left side of the boiler. The boiler is covered with covers that ensure an aesthetic appearance.
Advantages of the boiler:
- 5-year guarantee on the tightness of the heat exchanger according to the conditions of the guarantee card
- High thermal efficiency > 90% thanks to automatic regulation of the combustion process and effective heat collection
- PellHard PLUS burner with slag scraper activated cyclically by the controller, V-bottom, air curtain type Omega, igniter, sensors and internal fuel feed - EXCLUSIVE HEATING TECHNOLOGY PATENT
- the boiler is suitable for installation in a closed system according to the regulations in force
- Horizontal flame tube exchanger with flue gas turbulators, designed in the form of a separate heating column with high heat exchange efficiency
- Weather controller HT-tronic 900 with color display. It controls the operation of 4 pumps and a mixing valve. It works with a remote control, a thermostat and an internet module
- HT-Logic III Autoregulation - individual boiler software. It automatically selects the operating parameters and modulates the burner power depending on the temperature, which reduces fuel consumption
- Optimization of the combustion process by means of an oxygen-oxygen probe - Operation in the iPell® standard - Design option

Height to the middle of the chimney: 110 cm
Return connection height: 34 cm
PellHard PLUS burner:
A modern throw-in burner with an igniter, optical sensor and internal supply with large-area primary and secondary air distribution ensures the highest quality of combustion. The air curtain type Omega at the end of the burner tube ensures optimal post-combustion of the exhaust gases. It has a furnace chamber in the form of a regular octagon with a "V" shaped bottom, thanks to which it ensures high combustion efficiency when working with a reduced load - below 25% of the rated power. It is equipped with a slag scraper, which is cyclically activated by the boiler automation and prevents slag accumulation on the furnace. The burner's ergonomic design reduces service time - cleaning, replacing the igniter, replacing sensors. The inclined position of the igniter prevents contamination and premature wear. The HT-Logic III algorithm is programmed individually for each boiler, which automatically selects operating parameters and modulates the burner power depending on the boiler temperature, reducing the amount of fuel consumed.
Room panel:
Control:
The boiler and the heating system are controlled via a 5 inch touch screen in capacitive technology. The weather controller HT-tronic 900 controls the operation of 4 pumps and the actuator of the mixing valve. Automation can be expanded by connecting additional modules. The controller works with a remote control panel, 2 room thermostats and an internet module. It has HT-Logic III auto-regulation that controls the operation of the burner, selects operating parameters and modulates power depending on the boiler temperature.
Options (extra charge):
- Burner and tank on the left side of the boiler
- valve module
- Buffer and circulation module
- Remote control panel with room thermostat (wired or wireless)
- Internet module
- Wireless sensor for measuring temperature, humidity and air pressure
- Exhaust gas upwards through the chimney
- Universal tank Lux 400
- Pneumatic cleaning of the burner - from 15 kW (without compressor)
- Additional fuel feed unit - pneumatic or spiral
- Automatic ash removal system
- cooling coil
- Dirt separator with magnetizer
