This only possible, because an innovative Variable Geometry Burner - Platinum Bio VG - was used.
The automatic combustion of solid fuels - pellets with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm.
This system is ideal for installation in residential buildings where there are very small boiler rooms or where there are no boiler rooms.
The surfaces of heated residential buildings can be 85 - 200 m2.
With a 230 liter container you should refill the fuel every 3 to 14 days and remove the ash from the burner.
EEI Pellets has a minimal dimensions and easy handling. After refueling, simply press the START button. All messages are displayed on a graphical touch screen. Within a few minutes, the boiler ignites the fuel independently, selects the appropriate operating parameters and maintains a constant temperature in the room and in hot water.
Fuzzy Logic 2 Generation - This unit adjusts the power exactly to the heat demand of the building.
OMS - In order to make the boiler even more user-friendly, it was equipped with a system that provides information about the amount of fuel in the tank and the amount of ash in the boiler. The system measures and informs the user about charging the fuel and cleaning the ashtray. The information is displayed on the touch screen.
EU environmental standards - the boiler has all European standards and certifications and is also on the German BAFA list:
Ceramic is everywhere for even lower combustion, lower emissivity and even higher efficiency of the boiler heat exchange chamber and the burner with the highest quality ceramic. During operation, ceramics are heated to temperatures above 1000 ° C, which burns the biomass extremely efficiently. In addition, exhaust gas turbulizers cause a greater energy retention in the boiler.
The Platinum Bio coMAX 920-Touch is a state-of-the-art microprocessor system that controls not only central heating, but also a hot water system. The controller is responsible for the work:
- Feed pellets from the container
- Auto-Clean function, automatically and mechanically removes ash from the burner to the bottom of the boiler
- automatic burner start / AUTOSTART function, even after power failure - memory of the last settings
- The automation also controls: pressure fan, igniter, pumps, sensors, fuel level sensor, buffer pump, circulation pump, linear actuator, buffer tank, three additional mixing valves and heating circuit mixer.
- Burner operating temperature control - provides safety at the highest level
